Flag Day 2011
Aloha from Philadelphia to all my Anton associations. I’m feting Flag Day 2011 in the place of birth of our nation. What a delight it’s to be hereby librarians from all over the Earth. At the 1st shop there were librarians from Canada, Kingdom of Denmark and Republic of Singapore also Georgia, Greater New York, Calif., NJ, Maryland and Kentucky (just me). At that place are about XXV from Kentucky and most of it are from the Lexington or Louisville area, but in 3 a long time of special librarianship they’ve become fast boosters and honored colleagues. My best friend from highschool, Mary Lou Wurth, who lives in Cunningham, Ky. Jaunted with me to Philadelphia. While I’m in master meetings, she will annoy attend the Flag Day 2011 ceremonial at Betsy Griscom Ross House and take depictions for me to see.
I was conjectural to connect with Norris’s Anton and MNHHS class fellow Mark Menser, who works in Philadelphia, but my schedule comprised too tight. So we just visited on Facebook, which we were already acting.
Easton Nash Cline is at once starring in grandparents’ boast article and cellular telephone. Easton was born June 7, 2011, to nurtures Amy and Marty Cline. He was 7 lbs. 1 oz. and 181⁄2” long. The Anton grandparents are Bruce and Martha Jones and his a different cheerful grandparents are Marty and Carol Cline. Great-grandparents are Sue Adams and Edgar Price. Easton was received home by buddies Conner and Landon Cline “And he is so cherished!” is a direct quote by Martha Jo.
Jonathan Gehring, son of David and Terecia Gehring, will conjoin Carrie Lee Gough, girl of Freddie and Rose Gough of Hickory on Flag Day 2011, June 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the Trace Creek Baptist Church in Mayfield. Jonathan progressive from MNHHS in 2002 with my girl Susan. Proud to see that he is acquiring settled. He’s been attendance Mid Continent University, acting toward a ministry academic degree, which is great as he was recently called to be the curate for Wice Memorial Baptist Church in Graves Co. Better cares for the new couple. Jonathan’s blood brother Joseph graduated from the University of Louisville and stayed to that work as a computer network master with the Louisville Metro transit. I know David and Terecia are felicitous they’re both remaining in Kentucky, because it attains visits so much lighter.
Turner and Carrie Slaton went to Michigan, by direction of her sister Addison’s in northeast Kentucky, to visit a booster of Turner’s and attend the beaux bar mitzvah — it was an informative and interesting trip. Back in time to ascertain Ethan run in the Friday Night Live 5K run in Madisonville. Carrie will abide trim and fit being given after those boys. I was skinnier when my kids personified little too.
John Paul and Brenda Jackson are experiencing several stellar grandparent months. They were given to help keep Jackson for his first through the night from Dad and mom during Memorial Day weekend. And today they’ve the honor of showing you pictures from the Little Mister Muhlenberg Co. 0-9 months department. Kammie continually keeps them posted by mobile phone , e-mail, pictures and gee whiz, next county over is simply not past an acceptable limit for normal visits.
Norris’s Aunt Agnes Rickard once told me when I took the twins to visit that they don’t stay “holdable” long. That is so true. Enjoy every minute.
Happy 51st Flag Day 2011 of remembrance to Bobby and Shirley Carroll on June XXV and felicitous 94th birthday to Thelma Bowles. Happy natal day on June 29 to Mary Alice Davis.
